Recuperación y diseño urbano paisajístico de un tramo del Estero Mogollón en la cooperativa Plan Piloto 2, parroquia Febres Cordero, Guayaquil 2022.

Abstract:

Plan Piloto II suffers from a missing of entertaining space to benefit the inhabitants of the sector. The problem mainly affects children, who are unable to engage in recreational activities and undermine their comprehensive development. The index of green spaces in this sector is based mainly on bushes, so it is not conducive to active and passive recreation of human beings. What the project seeks to accomplish as its main objective is to design a space that combines leisure and economy for the benefit and development of urban planning in Plan Piloto II, considering the needs of the residents. Having stated the above, the planning of the space will promote recreation and both economic and social development of people of all ages who live in the area, providing security and tourist attraction to Plan Piloto
