Análisis del proceso productivo de lavaderos fabricados por industria metalmecanica Almetal S.A

Abstract:

Metalmecánica Almetal S.A Industry has been more than 20 years in the market being the leader in the manufacture of washers and pressure tanks. In the last 2017 period, it was observed that the demand for these products increased and this allowed the creation and positioning of national and imported competence. Which later resulted in a decrease in sales. The present work will be developed under the qualitative –quantitave approach, as this will allow us to analyze, detail and describe the current processes of production that the company follows, deduce and understand the final result in order to determine the characteristics of the clients, as well as the demanded and produced quantities. The investigation is descriptive since, through the study of the information, it explains in detail the problem of production and current demand that the enterprise faces. The proposal of this study is to increase the production and, through the analysis of the results, to be able to establish policies on the minimum and maximum level of inventories in such a way that it can be possible to: comply with the clients’ purchase orders, achieve their absolute satisfaction and regain their trust; likewise, take up the position of leadership in the local market and encompass more national market as well. With the particular objective of the enterprise of presenting new designs, it is recommended the purchase of new machinery that directly contributes to the productive growth of the enterprise, the metallurgical sector as well as the country’s economy.
