Abstract:

The Mundo Motor's grinding machine is a mechanical workshop that deals with the maintenance of vehicles, this company acquires a large number of customers, due to the different activities or maintenance that it performs many years ago, but in the same it is observed several inconveniences or problems That is why there is a bad organization. The elaboration or objective of the thesis is to improve management in the operational and management area of the company so that it increases its income or profits and is competitive in the market in relation to its competitors. In the methodology of the thesis was developed a research design where procedures were chosen to carry out the research in a satisfactory way, we used a deductive method because it is a series of processes that lead us to a spontaneous conclusion either true or false. Theories were selected related to the subject by means of secondary information sources the information could be found in libraries, universities, etc. A descriptive investigation was also carried out because it can describe the characteristics of a population, area of interest, information was obtained from the manager, employees and customers of the machine shop, then analyzed and interpreted the results to solve the problems of the company, Thanks to these results the proposal could be realized. The thesis or project will be of great help to Rectifadora Mundo Motor's as it will allow you to obtain solutions in order to improve the activities that are used in the operational and management area.
