Abstract:

The present research topic relates the right to property and the imposition of economic values when the purchase or sale of a property of a certain area has been verified, on which, for technical reasons such as calculation or measurement errors, it has been established in the notarial title, a surface different from the one that actually possesses, which constitutes a problem at the moment of effecting transfers of domain that are affected in front of this situation, that of constant way takes place in the Decentralized Autonomous Governments in the republic of the Ecuador, which is not only a property issue but also implies an economic and finally taxation for the owner or owners of the properties immersed in such case
