Rehabilitación integral de paciente con afectación periodontal, comprometido sistemicamente.

Abstract:

The periodontal illness is a multifactorial infectious process that is characterized by the inflammation of the support tissues of the dental pieces, and also their destruction if the illness is not controlled in time. That is the case of the chronical periodontitis in which one we observe the loses of insertion and bones. This condition can be helped by the general health condition of the patient. The objective of this clinical case is to return the integral oral health to a patient who has arterial hypertension. We start with the eradication of the chronical periodontal illness through a basic periodontal illness and the motivation of the patient not only to maintain, but, to also to improve his oral health. After that we realized and evaluation of the treatment effects. If it was the case that the results doesn’t are very favorable we take then the decision of realize a chirurgical technique for open field scratch, posterior to the extraction of the radicular remains. Once the treatment is finished we start with endodoncy process and the rehab.
