Análisis del sector no financiero de la Economía Popular y Solidaria de la Provincia de Los Ríos, 2013-2019

Abstract:

In Ecuador, the concept of Popular and Solidarity Economy begins to be mentioned since its institutionalization in the Constitution of the Republic of 2008, which gives impetus as a new model of economic organization, different from that of a public and private economy. In article 283, it is mentioned that the economic system is social and supportive, it seeks the inclusion of people belonging to the poorest sectors of the country by promoting entrepreneurship. In this research we analyze the contribution that the non-financial sector of the popular and solidarity economy has had to the socioeconomic development of the population of the province of Los Ríos.
