Fecha de presentación: 26/o4/2o16 3": The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between levels of corporate governance and financial performance of the companies that reported releases in Guayaquil Stock Exchange in the period 2013. This estimate was obtained through the application of Alfa method beta and using nonparametric tests. As a result the levels of corporate governance influence the financial performance of companies.
