Relación entre el estrés y el consumo de estimulantes del sistema nervioso central previo a la rendición de exámenes de los estudiantes de primer año de la Escuela de Enfermería en el período marzo-julio 2011


Abstract:

Objective. To determine the relation between the stress and the ingestion of stimulating power stations in all presentations, especially in energizantes drinks and medecines, previous to the examinations, in the students of the first year of the School of Infirmary of the University of River basin. Method and materials. It is a descriptive study of quantitative type. The sample was conformed by 274 students of first year of the School of Infirmary. The harvesting of the information was realized of direct way, by means of the application of forms previously made. The information processed by means of them program SPSS, Word and Excel. The results appear in tables and statistical graphs. Results. 62% of los/as students are put under a great tension at the risk of suffering emotional alterations, 63% indicates to us that to greater situation of general physical exhaustion greater consumption of stimulating exists. The factors that produce major stress are: examinations in a 86%, theory in a 69% and works in a 66%. The Stimulants of the Central System Nervous that consumes are: 29% coffee, 8% coffee-cocaine tail-V220, 6% cocaine tail, 5% coffee cocaine tail, 4% network bull, 4% V220, 2% others, 1% tea toni, 1% coffee-network bull, 1% cocaine tail-network bull, 1% cocaine tail-network bull-V220. Conclusions. The present investigation determines the relation between the Stimulating stress and the consumption of of the Central Nervous System as well as the factors that produce major tension in the students and identifies the types of stimulating which they consume
