Abstract:

This research project aims to study the relationship between quality management of production processes and the profitability of the company Agroargentina Cia. Ltda., So the research problem is the low quality of production which affects the profitability of the company, due to the absence of a system of quality management that acted as a guide in production activities by establishing guidelines to follow in each of the production processes, as can be evidenced by the use of financial indicators in 2014 there was a lower yield compared to the other years of study, causing the company facing economic problems have punishments by his client, the punishment is called production that is not paid, it is a critical time for the company because it loses the entire production because it does not recover even production costs this happens when production does not meet the quality standards set by "Ecofroz" SA, who is the only customer that absorbs the entire production. After obtaining the results by applying staff surveys collaborating with the company poses as a solution to implement a quality management system which helps improve production quality by setting standards to follow and thus improve profitability, since it will be useful in every area of production, allowing correct errors in time is the final product goes on sale with excellent quality, in order to satisfy the customer.
