Relationship between the entrepreneur's attributes and his/her capacity to face the risk in small and medium enterprises

Abstract:

This research aims to determine the relationship between the entrepreneur's attributes and his/her capacity to face risk, for doing so, a statistical, descriptive and correlational methodology was applied with a sample population of 681 entrepreneurs from medium and small enterprises in the province of El Oro, it is important to highlight that the entrepreneurs from medium enterprises showed significant differences, however, among the small entrepreneurs, the correlation between the variables and indicators is direct.
