Reliability analysis of a measurement instrument of organizational capacities in the commercial sector

Abstract:

This article analyzes the reliability of an instrument that determines the organizational capacities of the commercial sector companies of Loja - Ecuador, the method used is exploratory and qualitative, the cronbach alpha is applied in order to determine the internal cohesion of the items proposed for each construct studied. The results allowed to validate the proposed instrument after eliminating items that did not meet the minimum required alpha value, therefore, a final instrument is determined that is related to the results found in other similar studies.
