Requirements engineering research: A microcosm of international economic trends

Abstract:

What are the main problems with the novelty/contribution and/or with the paper? - Findings are preliminary. We cannot support them with sound data Can the proposed approach be expected to scale to real-life problems? - We expect we will be able to apply this kind research to individual countries, regions or companies, and that as we advance the findings will be supported by increasing more sound empirical data.
