Restricción de crecimiento intrauterino, factores pbkp_redisponentes en embarazo de alto riesgo, estudio a realizar en el Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo en el año 2015 al 2016

Abstract:

This work is an investigation to determine pbkp_redisposing risk factors in high-risk pregnancies with diagnostic intrauterine growth restriction treated at the Hospital Teodoro Maldonado Carbo in the period 2015 to 2016. This work degree, quantitative approach will not experimental, analytical, and retrospective cross-cut design. It will be held at a certain point in time, making a single data collection reviewed 110 clinical records that corresponded to the universe of study. I conclude by saying that intrauterine growth restriction occurs most frequently in pregnant women 16-37 years of age corresponding to 65% followed by over 35 years. Maternal obstetrical and gynecological history as pbkp_redisposing risk factors for IUGR abortions were 46%, as previous cesarean represent 38%, 7% myomas, polycystic ovary syndrome corresponded 5% and Breast CA 3%. Between the maternal medical history it had a higher proportion IVU with 25%, followed by anemia 23%, 15% corresponded malnutrition and preeclampsia 10%, TORCH 9%; and others such as hypothyroidism, asthma accounted for 1% LES. Risk factors associated with maternal habits and / or drug consumption, the highest proportion was stipulated were the use of corticosteroids 9%, consumption of snuff 6%, marijuana and cocaine and the use of thyroxine by 5% making retroviral 4%, and 1% other. Fetal factors pbkp_redisposing to a greater extent IUGR previous placenta found were 24%, trisomy 21 corresponding to 9%, and abnormal cord insertion 4%. IUGR types produced by pbkp_redisposing risk factors had higher frequency asymmetric with 57% followed with 40% symmetric and intermediate with 3% of all cases. These findings show the main pbkp_redisposing risk factors for IUGR within the study population, which can serve as clinical markers to detect disease, treat the cause and prevent possible complications of the newborn or fetus at conception
