The article contains identical or nearly identical information, plagiarised from an earlier article by different authors, in Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, BEFS Assessment Report For Egypt, Sustainable bioenergy options from crop and livestock residues,’ Environment and Natural Resources Management Working Paper 66, 2017 (Rome, ISBN 978-92-5-109587-4) Available at: http://www.fao.org/3/a-i6684e.pdf One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. As such this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system.
