Abstract:
The objective of the research is to describe and analyze the Ecuadorian regulations applicable to the Blockchain system in Ecuador, the scope of the research is descriptive-qualitative, through the literature review of primary and secondary sources extracted from scientific databases such as SCOPUS, Dialnet, MIAT, Yura Complexus, Latindex... same that allowed to describe the variables reflected in the results of the investigation. The results allowed to establish that adaptations to domestic legislation are required, within several areas, mainly in criminal, tax, civil and commercial law, notarial, financial law of public records and electronic commerce in force in the country, concluding that Blockchain demands for its application inherent considerations to the areas of the state to modify the legislations that must denote the validity of the system of the chain of blocks to carry out transactions online.
