Abstract:

This research is entitled orality in the Legal Framework of Ecuador's overall objective is to make a reference to the transition analysis which Ecuadorian law is immersed in relation to the conduct of processes and orality on legal issues, this transition is taking place since 2008 the year in which the constitution was changed and where imposed as base standard orality in all subjects and levels hence the problem is generated because the related laws or lower hierarchy yet They keep the book-entry system which makes undergo a thorough investigation to find the flaws that exist within the legal framework.
