RhCl(CO)(TFFMS)<inf>2</inf> and RhCl(TFF)<inf>3</inf> immobilized on functionalized MCM-48 and its catalytic study on 1-hexene hydroformylation reactions
Abstract:
Two new hydrids catalyst were synthetized (I) from chlorocarbonyl-bis-(diphenyl(m-sulphonate of sodiumphenyl) phosphine) rhodium(I) and (II) from chlorotris-triphenylphosphine rhodium(I) supported on functionalized MCM-48 using post-synthesis methods with [[]3-(2-aminoetilamino)propil] and trimetoxisilano as anchoring and passivation ligands, respectively. The catalyst were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), mass spectrometry (MS), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), nitrogen adsorption-desorption and scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (SEM/EDX). Catalytic test were performed in hydroformylation reactions and the reactions parameters were optimized (time, temperature, substrate/catalyst ratio and syngas pressure H2/CO). Supported complexes showed high conversion rates and were reused up to five times without apparent loss of catalytic activity.
