Risk management strategies in coac segment 3 controlled by seps

Abstract:

Savings and Cbkp_redit Cooperatives categorized in segment three, which are subject under the control of the Superintenden-ce of Popular and Solidarity Economy (SEPS), during the global pandemic have placed greater emphasis on efficient risk management, by virtue of the fact that the sustainability of these organizations depends on this process, in such sense the objective of this research focuses on proposing strategies that contribute to the maintenance of financial indexes allowed by the control body, within the logic of the intervention were applied financial indicators that measure microeconomic efficiency, such as: (a) operating efficiency, (b) degree of absorption of the financial margin, (c) administrative efficiency, in this type of organizations, after which three types of strategies to be followed are determined: 1. The profile for business officers, and 3. The cbkp_redit methodology (microcbkp_redit).
