Robustness evaluation of the components of the business models based on the concept of analysis of the scenarios

Abstract:

Business models have evolved as part of the tactics of companies to specify their logic at a strategic level. In this article, a stress test of the business model based on conceptions of innovation and planning of scenarios is proposed, allowing to evaluate the components and their interrelation of the business model, the perspectives of these tests suggest ways to improve the robustness of the Deal.
