Rocedure for the calculation and improvement of technological capacity in business organizations

Abstract:

Global business organizations constitute socio-technological systems, which support technological capacity factors from the containment of new and improved technological assets. In Cuba, with the application of the new policies of the science, technology and innovation system, a group of companies remain with the need to assimilate tools that contribute to the increase and management of business technological capacity, in order to add value to assets business. The objective of the research was to develop a procedure for the calculation and improvement of technological capacity in business organizations, considering factors that comprise 17 indicators that measure management and final results. Both empirical and mathematical research methods were used for the work. The main results are focused on obtaining the procedure for the calculation and improvement of technological capacity and the measurement of its satisfaction.
