Análisis documental del síndrome de burnout en el sistema de salud pública del Ecuador entre los años 2010 y 2020


Abstract:

Gil-Monte defines the burnout syndrome or the syndrome of the exhausted worker as an answer to the chronical work stress integrated by attitudes and negative, feelings towards the people who the person work with and towards his own professional rol, as well as the experience of feeling exhausted. (Morales & Hidalgo Murrillo , 2015) The present work of investigation covers a systematic revision of works bases on evidence about the burnout syndrome in the public health system of Ecuador between the years 2010 to 2020, this study has the objective of describe the burnout syndrome from the theoretical perspective and identify it in the health workers in Ecuador In the process of the search of investigations, it were analyzed 42 studies that meet the criteria of an scientific exploration which are articles, national and international thesis, the same that allow to structure the present work and to complete de objective set at the beginning of the investigation, from there it was created three categories of analysis which are: theory of the burnout syndrome, health workers, incidence of the burnout syndrome.
