SENTIDO PSICOLÓGICO DE COMUNIDAD EN DOS BLOQUES DEL SECTOR BASTIÓN POPULAR UBICADO EN LA CIUDAD DE GUAYAQUIL

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to identify the similarities and differences observed in two neighborhoods - “Nuevo Amanecer” located in block IV and “Tierra Nueva” located in block 1A, both within the sector “Bastión Popular”, in which pre-professional practices from cycle I 2018-2019 were performed. This study focuses on the psychological sense of community of both neighborhoods. The theoretical analysis was based on three key concepts: Society´s Psychology, Society and Psychological Sense of Society. To describe this approach, the lived process’ recovery was performed, in which detailed method and steps were explained during the practices. Subsequently, based on the gained information and to answer the core question within this study, critical ´s reflection technique was conducted. Throughout this previous technique, this research focused on the components of psychological sense of society which are: membership, influence; integration, needs realization and emotional connection. In such reflection, the study analyzed the data obtained from both communities, in order to interpret which factors were important to provide a theoretical and practical conclusion. In this reflection we analyze deeply the data obtained from both communities, interpreting above all that, time, negative environmental aspects or type of work influence more directly; In this way, we conclude that the main factor that differentiates both communities and that encompasses all components in relation to the psychological sense of community, is the mode of organization, in both communities this category is evidenced in different ways and is there, where we find our answer to the axis question
