SETTINGS OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATIONAL FORMATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF GUAYAQUIL, REGARDING THE POLICIES OF STATE AND GOVERNMENT


Abstract:

To articulate education-training with research is the essential task of universities and their encounter-extrapolation with social relevance. To treat the social-cultural-business reality in a pedagogical way to the extent that critical-constructive inquiry puts into play in the educational process: content, values, attitudes, actions, logic, abilities, creativity, personality development, theoretical-practical consistency, ideological-political belonging and a genuine scientific culture, regularized through specific problems that bring the teacher-student to the world that he had to live in the eagerness to establish essential changes strategically in full correspondence with the actions-executions of the state and governments in turn.
