SOCIAL NETWORK AS AN ALTERNATIVE MECHANISM FOR THE INSERTION OF SMES IN INTERNATIONAL MARKETS


Abstract:

The objective of this research is to determine the benefits derived from the use of the "Social Network" tool or also known as social networks of the Internet. This study begins with a theoretical review about the central concepts of networking; the mixed methodology was used when combining analysis of documents from previous studies and official government sources. It is concluded that the use of Social Networking is an effective tool as a means of organizational communication in the process of the Internationalization of SMEs. This, leads to companies having competitive advantages in the globalized context through the use of social networks.
