STUDY OF THE PUBLIC SERVICES IN THE CITY OF RIOBAMBA AND THE SATISFACTION OF THE USERS
Abstract:
The objective of this research is to measure the quality and user satisfaction of public services that the government entities of the city of Riobamba offer. To assess this, an empiric study of 2,378 citizens was conducted, and data was collected by random surveys. The information collected allowed the analysis of a range of different services, demonstrating that according to surveyed population perceptions, 55% of the provided services have improved. It indicates that more than half of the customers feel satisfied with the services provided.
