Satisfacción laboral de los internos de Enfermería de la Universidad de Cuenca. 2018
Abstract:
Background: work can be valued in different ways, it takes on different meanings, for different people. Job Satisfaction (SL) "It is a factor that determines the degree of well-being that an individual experiences at work". This statement is relevant in health, both for professionals and internal students who assume responsibilities, under a mentoring system. Objective: To identify the job satisfaction of nursing interns at the University of Cuenca. 2018. Methodology: a cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out. The universe 144 inmates of the Nursing Career of the University of Cuenca. The sample calculated by the formula: n= Z^2*N*p*q/d^2*(N-1)+ Z^2*p*q. For data collection, a survey was applied on sociodemographic characteristics and Job Satisfaction questionnaire s20/23 by JL Miliam and JM Peiró 1998, validated in other investigations. For data processing, Excel and SPSS version 22 were used. Results in tables and graphs, statistical analysis based on frequencies and percentages. Results: predominated in the study sample: the age group 20-24 years with 73.17%, female 79.67%, single marital status for 46.34% Half 50.41% of inmates have no children and urban origin and residence with 66.67% and 69.27% respectively. Most feel quite or very satisfied with the tutoring received, the female sex being more satisfied. The salary, human relations and working hours reflect in the study the highest percentages of unsatisfied with 55.28%, 34.15% and 25.20% respectively Influenced by sex, marital status, residence and number of children. In the overall job satisfaction with the work of the rotating Internship, the fairly satisfied interns prevailed with 47.97% followed by the very satisfied 20.33%. Conclusions: the results made it possible to identify the satisfaction of the nursing interns during the year of Rotary Internship, as well as serving as a basis for future research.
