Satisfaction of the users that receive services of the Technical State University of Quevedo


Abstract:

To satisfy the necessities and the client's expectations so much external as intern it is a fundamental principle to negotiate the quality that implies commitment of all the members of the organization and transformation of all the elements that compose, so much the strategic processes as key and of support. The universities in Ecuador, chord to the new Law of Superior Education, they are not unaware to this position to be able to be developed and to stay in a changing and competitive environment. Using the descriptive method of investigation and the survey technique, in the year 2015, the grade of the internal users' of the Technical State University of Quevedo satisfaction was measured, being demonstrated that the activities fewer accepted by the student sector are: politics and strategy of quality, service librarian, service of cleaning and maintenance; and the security and protection against robberies and assaults …
