Scales validations that explain the personality traits of economics and business graduated
Abstract:
The personality traits according to the scales validated by Olmos & Castillo (2011) have been validated for Ecuadorian economics and business graduates this time. Seven constructs have been explained in a regression model of their averages, which were derived from a principal components analysis and reduction of dimensions with reliability analysis. The personality trait "Necessity of achievement" appears as a final dependent variable of the other personality traits but with an exploratory character. A MANOVA analysis shows that the "Need for Achievement" has relationships with other personality traits.
