Scientific initiation in the undergraduate process of business administration students: UTPL case study

Abstract:

From the context in which we live, universities have been increasingly concerned about developing a relevant training that generates autonomy and critical thinking in students. Thus, through active methodologies and actions such as scientific initiation, we seek to achieve this purpose. This article is the result of a case study developed at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja-UTPL, which directly involved more than 100 students. The main results are presented as the wide participation of students in scientific initiation events and the possibility of monitoring students in the phase of career completion.
