Scope of the gender economy in Ecuador

Abstract:

The participation of women plays a fundamental role in the economy, even though in ancient times they were the object of androcentric ideologies ruled by men, which caused limitations in their labor insertion. The methodology of the research is descriptivequalitative and quantitative where were analyzed the main currents of feminism that the theory of John Stuart Mill incorporate some of the greatest defenders of women, as well as the laws and policies introduced in Ecuador.
