Scrum as an Agile Method Applied to Learning Within Master’s Student Courses


Abstract:

Agile methodologies are appearing on the horizons of Higher Education Institutes that are becoming a demanded requirement of their graduates, which can be verified in portals such as LinkedIn, where the demand for work is found for the requirements of people with skills. of the roles found in SCRUM, due to cultural changes in higher education institutions, where elements such as: social networks, the effects of pandemics with the digital transformation that have occurred during 2020, which makes it relevant that methodologies appear from different areas of science that can be applied for the effects of learning and that can be used in their new work realities. The research involves groups of master’s degree students who have taken SCRUM content and who have practiced to develop their skills, who respond to a defined questionnaire to measure the skills developed. Higher education seeks to have new educational models, which have been implemented.
