Seguimiento Post-Crédito y su incidencia en la liquidez de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Campesina “COOPAC

Abstract:

The problem under study is based on the cbkp_redit union Compazine "COOPAC" located in Canton Ambato. The institution is affected by an increase in defaults on its loan portfolio; After running the investigation established that the lack of post-loan monitoring has become one of the main causes of the problem under study, it was identified that at the time of placement of loans, the department leaves its partners totally alone with an empirical cbkp_redit management, without proper monitoring, monitoring and evaluation of the cbkp_redit granted. Affecting the liquidity of the company and therefore its operating performance. It is important that the institution routed efforts to managerial and administrative management, after applying best practices that promote proper management of the appropriations. By collecting information from primary sources such as interviews and survey cbkp_redit committee made the 185 members of the cooperative, it was determined that it does not have a suitable training takes a post-cbkp_redit study, limited only to the granting and recovery when being in arrears, ignoring the other hand the procedure for the recovery of portfolio, causing internal problems. Therefore, an indicator of liquidity that resulted can cover a 29.33% in Demand Deposits and Deposits with the amount that has both cooperative and Investments Available Funds applied. To avoid these problems was unveiled that is, the features and benefits of the PERLAS monitoring system to propose its implementation, since the information generated through this system will allow objective and comparative rankings facilitating control to supervisor.
