Análisis estratégico de la difusión de la tecnología adsl en Guayaquil

Abstract:

The present work has as target the strategic analysis of the spread of ADSL technology in Guayaquil, based on the methodology of System Dynamics. We will explain the operation of the methodology as a basis for creating a dynamic model that we will allow analyze the spread of ADSL technology. For the simulation of the constructed model based on this methodology, we will use the iThink software and with the graphics to be obtained by simulating will allow us to analyze the model more comprehensive and to include our own ideas in search of the best strategies to the spread of ADSL Technology. After obtaining the results of the simulations and the most sensitive parameters, it shall be possible to implement strategies to improve the model and obtain the best possible end results. This can be verified by a projection of data in recent years and considering the historical performance of the company that provide ADSL service in Guayaquil. Finally, positive results that will be obtained could be implemented to improve the dissemination and adoption of Internet service via ADSL technology effectively
