Sistema de cultura Democrática desde la Participación Informada en el Cañar-Ecuador

Abstract:

A study of the democratic culture is presented from the variable participation in the electoral context of the province of Cañar, Ecuador, considering 2009 as the base year. The purpose is to know the behavior about voter participation in the electoral processes of the last decade, from the systematic and methodical description of a collection of historical data. Theoretical approaches to democratic culture and studies applied to the research phenomenon were systematized.
