Abstract:

The evaluation system for teachers is the axis that moves the training process within the formal education system, since today is an essential part in the Universities to estimate or assess the development of the individual in charge and its potential development in which skills and excellence are measured, since they represent once open they have presented the emerging requirements of current educational logic that has conquered space recently, to be restricted to the Educational management. This evaluation is done from the perspective of students, in order to sustain the results of any investigation into the educational fact, ProSoft SA, created in 2012, with an initial investment of $ 10,787.35 and is composed of three capitalist partners, o whon it is considered to recover their investment after four years and eight months, with an IRR of 32.42%, the NPV would be 4338.99.
