Sistema de gestión administrativa para Cajas de Ahorro y Crédito en la provincia de Tungurahua

Abstract:

The research project called "Administrative Management System for Savings and Loans in the province of Tungurahua", was carried out in order to provide methodological aid applicable to the improvement of services to the CREDIPASA institution, due to the existing failure in the present; same that when analyzed it provided data that are required in the project to improve the services that they currently offer. In the project the theoretical framework is detailed based on the administrative management systems and the processes of savings and cbkp_redit, information conceptualization that contributes in an important way. To obtain the results, a sample was applied applying the statistical formula for the finite population through a questionnaire addressed to the Cooperatives of segment 5 established in the city of Ambato, finding that the institutions need new tactics for the improvement of services. The established proposal is directed to the incorporation of an Administration department to improve the processes as well as to annex new activities to the existing departments.
