Competitiveness and productivity in today's world is more demanding in terms of quality, so companies or organizations tend to implement a Quality Management System (QMS), which seeks to satisfy customers through different processes, in order to offer quality products and services that meet the needs of customers. Timber companies are looking for a continuous improvement in their processes in order to obtain quality products. The most efficient and efficient tool that responds to quality in organizations is the Quality Management System (QMS) that is defined as a tool that helps an orderly administration, systematized processes and establish objectives with solid bases that contributes to the continuous improvement of companies.
