Abstract:

The process management system and continuous improvement are very important for the operationalization and development of activities in organizations. In this case the COAC is circumscribed. Cañar Ltda., Which is dedicated to the provision of financial services, and through the application of these aims to obtain positive results for the benefit of the financial institution and at the same time creates value for the recipients (citizens / clients) and is achieved to respond to the institutional mission. Through the diagnosis made to the institution it is evident that the processes are executed in an empirical way, according to the development of the functions and the operation of the different departments assigned, without a manual of processes and / or procedures that regulates and standardizes the Carrying out its activities. In addition, it establishes the main processes that COAC Cañar Ltda. Has in the areas of fundraising, fixed-term investments and loans, where the respective processes to be followed in each of its areas are implemented, which reflect the relationships with recipients (citizens / clients), suppliers and between different units (internal clients) or other organizations.
