Sistematización de la ejecución dentro de un proceso psicoeducativo en torno a la concepción y el manejo de la comunicación humana, para el mejoramiento de relaciones entre docentes y estudiantes de noveno año de EGB del Colegio Técnico Salesiano Don Bosco en la ciudad de Quito durante el periodo 2018-2019, desde una perspectiva sistémica.
Abstract:
The systematization of the project born from experience that was maintained within the intervention process which is based on being able to achieve a psych educational process based on conception and management of human communication, in order to improve relations between teachers and students of the ninth year of EGB of the Don Bosco Salesian Technical College in the city of Quito during the 2018-2019 period, from a systematic perspective. The systematization is based on an analysis that we maintained as interns within the educational institution by identifying that the management of human communication was not generated properly. The high percentage of communication problems that were presented within the institution with teachers and students, was the main objective to begin the execution of this intervention work. The theoretical basis that supported the execution and analysis of the proposed project was the human communication who according to Watzlawick (1985) is not generated correctly because: “There is a lack of compliance with certain communication rules that cause failures in mutual understanding and patterns of pathological interaction”. Based on this, it was established to generate tools that contribute to the improvement of the communication process between teachers and students. This approach focused on conducting recreational workshops as participatory techniques, which start from previous knowledge to generate a teaching-learning process based on a systemic perspective.
