Abstract:

The present academic article, the corresponding research line of Communication and development, the writing of the elaboration of a systematization of the works of Titling of the Career of Social Communication of the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana Sede Quito, from period 46 to 53, since it lacks this information; The question then arises: Is there an adequate relationship between the topics of degree work and the lines of research proposed by the Communication Career at the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, Quito. From a practical approach to mix, then consider, the compilation of these data, improve, facilitate, search, correct, establish, as, for example, the number of academic articles or communicative products, tutors, communication studies, research lines and addressed themes. This is how it was determined, for example, that the line of research mostly used in the degree work is Communication and Interculturality. For its part, the Communication Planning line was not found in any of them. In addition, we consider that this work will allow both students, teachers and authorities to have a slightly broader vision of what has already been done, so that the articles / themes do not become repetitive, or only “rest” in the repository virtual or the library of the Institution, but that they fulfill the main objective of serving as a source of knowledge, as the foundation for future research, or as the guideline for the search of new communicational scenarios to investigate.
