Sistematización de un programa de orientación profesional desarrollado para los estudiantes de tercero de bachillerato general unificado de la Unidad Educativa Don Bosco La Tola, en el periodo abril a julio del 2018.
Abstract:
This work presents in detail the execution of the intervention project carried out with the third year students of the Baccalaureate of the Fissional Educational Unit "Don Bosco la Tola" during the period from April to July 2018, in whose diagnostic stages revealed high rates of indecision and uncertainty about their professional future. Under this institutional reality arises the need to implement a professional orientation program, under the "decision making" approach of Krumboltz (1976), which takes into consideration the genetic components, general and specific skills. To perform the psychological investigation of these components, we use five tests: Thurstone temperamental trait test, Thurstone primary mental abilities test, IPP professional interests and preferences inventory, Thurstone professional interests inventory and the Angelini test. Followed by a series of workshops, in order to generate in the students an accurate decision making based on the results obtained. This project was developed from a quantitative-deductive approach, which starts from the systematic collection of data from which hypotheses based on numerical and statistical measurements are projected.
