Sistematización del proceso de asesoría psicológica en base a la teoría de la comunicación humana del enfoque sistémico, a siete familias pertenecientes a una institución educativa de la ciudad de Quito durante el año lectivo 2019 -2020.

Abstract:

The present document of systematization contains the learning matters arisen in the process of a psychological consulting made to seven families in an educational institution in Quito city in the school period of 2019-2020. The systematization of the process of the psychological consulting begins on the identification of the difficulties found in the weak management of the communication between parents and their children which led to conflicts in the communication and consequently in the relationship among family members. The execution of the project and its learnings were based on the proposal of the Theory of the Human Communication made by Paul Watzlawick (1985), from the systemic focus itself which proposes the axioms of the human communication. The work done, in the single and group meetings with the consulted families, has allowed the families to reflect on their communicative processes and the ways of relating in the family core which has made possible to identify improving behaviours in the communication between parents and their children along with the comprehension of the axioms and disorders related to the communication.
