Sistematización del proceso de capacitación dentro del fortalecimiento de emprendimientos económicos ejecutado por la Mancomunidad de la cuenca del río Mira, en el cantón Mira – Provincia del Carchi

Abstract:

This systematization work has as fundamental axis those small local businesses at the Canton Mira and their relationship with the reinforcement project implemented by the “Mancomunidad de la Cuenca del Río Mira” (Association of the Mira River Basin) in 2009, here you can see how within a market society the "entrepreneur" is willing to improve his personal and professional qualifications through ongoing training which will let himself to generate an economic social responsibility, with the sole purpose of improving his living conditions, all of this through the implementation of an equitable and fair social economic model which will enable these vulnerable human groups to take part on the Canton and country’s developmentContinuous training and entrepreneurial training with new vision focused on the popular and solidarity-based economy will let them to energize their businesses and set those within a given market economy, therefore, it is necessary to get the public and private authorities commitment so they facilitate their positive reaction and support to all the entrepreneurs’ local development proposals.
