Situación actual y perspectiva al desarrollo del cantón Balzar de la provincia del Guayas

Abstract:

The present investigation has as intention determine the current situation and the perspective of development of the canton Balzar, to analyze his economic and social environment with the purpose to promote to the agricultural sector, to improve the public cantonal service and to penetrate into the tourist sector is the aim of the present work and to show as the application of the programs and projects raised in the Plan of local Development they will allow to consolidate the progress of every citizen of a direct way. The investigation tries to raise a suitable mechanism to take advantage of the natural benefits that exist in the locality, the implemented technology is the summary of information that reveals important and significant information by means of the implementation of survey to every inhabitant of the canton, considering the size of the sample. It is relevant to understand that the economic instability in the canton harms directly to the works, projects and social programs. The productive development in the agricultural sector influences positively the magnitudes of the income of the national finance and in turn the municipal assignments of resources so importantly for the local economies. The geography of the canton Balzar allows to explore and to exploit the natural and not natural resources in the locality, and to put them hereby depending on the local development. Since result gathered updated information creating a line base of the problems of the territory before the absence of information of the local and central government, achieving the progress and the well-being of the population implementand a structural politics being based on the beginning of the common good and of the social well-being.
