Social Networks, Sustainable, Satisfaction and Loyalty in Tourist Business


Abstract:

This research analyses the impact of social networks with environmentally friendly content on the levels of trust and satisfaction of customers of tourism companies in Ecuador. The study uses a questionnaire applied to a sample of 2800 people. The results are analyzed through the partial least squares method and allow us to accept the hypotheses on the positive impact of environmentally friendly content in social networks on the satisfaction levels of customers of tourism services, as well as the positive impact of satisfaction on their loyalty.
