Social inclusion policies and the system of entry to the institutions of higher education of Ecuador
Abstract:
In the present work, a generalized study of the inclusion policies of Ecuador is carried out, considering that since 2010, in the Organic Law of Higher Education (LOES), it was decided that admission to public universities be regulated through the National System of Higher Education. Leveling and Admission is that since 2011 the National Exam for Higher Education was established as a requirement for its approval 601/1000 points are required, although for Medicine and Education, you need at least 800 points. The bachelors perform this evaluation, if they pass it they can apply for a career in different Institutions of Higher Education. Since then, it has been increasingly difficult to enter these types of organizations.
