Social listening: A content analysis generated by tourists on TripAdvisor concerning about the ecolodge Napo Wild Life Center, Ecuador


Abstract:

Currently, social networks like TripAdvisor, possess relevant information for the tourism industry. By categorizing the comments of the tourists who visited the Ecolodge Napo Wild Life Center during 2013 to 2017 and with the help of Atlas Ti, it was identified what characteristics tourists value in the ecolodge. The results determine that the location is one of the attributes best valued by tourists and that this type of analysis is strategic for decision making.
