Análisis hidráulico del Canal trasvase Cerecita Playas y la afectación de sedimentación y calidad de agua con aplicación del Software IBER
Abstract:
The present titling work focuses on the hydraulic analysis in representative sectors such as pilot sites of the Cerecita Playas transfer channel, and its possible affectation by sedimentation and existence of weeds in some critical points along the channel that according to its position identification has been made adjacent to the abscissas 6 + 400 (Daular sector), 36 + 800 (intersection channel and the Progreso - Sabana Grande road, entering from Progreso Parish), and also at the height of the abscissa 55 + 400 (end of channel, entering from Recinto San Antonio) respectively, in its research analysis and results in order to analyze what could well affect the quality of water, mentioning that this analysis is based on the support and use of the application of the IBER software. For the development of the theme, as part of the activities, altimetric topographic survey (cross- sections) has been carried out, in order to implement in the typical section of construction of the channel in the points considered most critical of the channel identification based on several routes made to the project, where the points were identified by observation as a possibility of vulnerability of the transfer, the same ones that could be affected by sedimentation Finally, we proceeded to the hydraulic analysis through the use of the IBER software based on the parameters obtained in the course of the research carried out, with the purpose of establishing a new hydraulic model, with the recommendations that correspond to the improvement of the characterization as the flow required to maintain a base flow for its purification that is carried out in the San Antonio Plant, as the modern one built by Interagua in a new plant identified as Planta San Juan.
