Abstract:

Substituted 3,4-dihydro-2-pyridones have been efficiently prepared by solid-phase synthesis using Wang resin from the immobilised β-ketoester and further Hantzsch-type heterocyclisation. © 2002 Published by Elsevier Science Ltd.
