Análisis jurídico del delito de tráfico de influencias por parte de funcionarios públicos.

Abstract:

The present work of the Legal Analysis of in Influence Trafficking Crime by public officials in Ecuador, in which qualities that justify the election of the subject such as the following are specified:  So far, Ecuador has not developed a doctrinal thesis study on this subject.  The Ecuadorian doctrine has not been too attracted to develop in more depth the crimes of Influence Traffic by Public Officials determined in article 285 of the current Comprehensive Organic Code Criminal, so there are only few monographs, which in none of These cases dare to address in detail the present study.  This topic is attractive because of the controversy in question, which could be the subject of jurisprudential and doctrinal controversy in the country, taking into account the aforementioned lines, in this work of qualification will somehow allow us to contribute questions of this kind; in the Special offenses that have been novel.
